Helpdesk/On-site Technical Support

We are a growing company in the Information Technology sector, specialized in providing technical support services, remote systems management, and IT solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. We value closeness to our clients, the quality of service provided, and team spirit.

We are currently recruiting a technical support technician (HelpDesk) to reinforce our technical team.

Location: Vida Digital Offices – Rua da Ivanta, 30, Valongo

Type of contract: Full-time - On-site

We are open to receiving candidates with the following profile:

- Technical professional training or equivalent degree (level V);

- Driving License Category B;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Sense of responsibility and rigor, with good analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills;

- Passion for learning and new challenges;

- Versatility, flexibility, proactivity, and dynamism are valued characteristics;

- Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships;

- Proficiency in English, spoken/written, will be valued;

Main functions:

- Customer service via phone, email, and remote support tools;

- Diagnosis and resolution of problems in workstations, peripherals, networks, and applications;

- Ticket follow-up and registration in internal systems;

- Software and operating systems installation and configuration;

- Optimization and continuous evolution of environments and infrastructures in operational contexts;

- Implementation of IT solutions (Hardware and Software components), based on project requirements;

- Support to the technical team in maintenance and monitoring tasks.
