IT Operational Excellence Analyst

We are looking for an IT Operational Excellence Analyst to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, in a support role focused on management, not acting as a technical specialist.

Your responsibilities include:

- Support the implementation of IT process improvements and automation initiatives;

- Monitor and analyse IT performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency gains;

- Assist in maintaining documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs);

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence project;

- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

You must have:

- Degree (Master's) program in Business, Engineering or related fields;

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience;

- Basic knowledge of support management for IT systems, infrastructure, or support operations;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Eagerness to learn Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies;

- Knowledge of management within the ITIL framework

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) — experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;

- Certifications in ITIL will be a plus.
