The closely connected startups Taikai, LayerX, and Bepro, all focused on Web 3.0, have recently been downsizing. According to LinkedIn data, their combined headcount has fallen below 10 employees.
The startups previously raised €2 million in 2021 to scale operations and pursue decentralized technology projects. The reduction in team size signals a significant slowdown compared with their early ambitions in the blockchain and Web3 space.
