The American giant Lear has acquired StoneShield Engineering, a company based in Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Founded in 2017, StoneShield specializes in designing, developing, and producing robotic industrial machines. Despite the acquisition, the founder will remain in charge, ensuring continuity in innovation and operations.
