Seresco Group, a Spanish multinational specializing in tech solutions and digital transformation, has acquired 75% of Portuguese consultancy F5IT for €2.5 million. The acquisition is part of Seresco’s Iberian expansion, strengthening its position in providing Sage solutions, particularly Sage X3, where F5IT holds Platinum Partner status.
The move underscores the strategic importance of the Portuguese market for Seresco. By integrating F5IT, Seresco aims to enhance its management solutions expertise and broaden its service portfolio to meet customer demands more effectively.
F5IT, with a team of 36 professionals and a client base of over 120, closed 2024 with a turnover of €2.9 million. It now joins a group of over 1,200 professionals, serving more than 3,500 clients, and posting a turnover of €53.6 million — a 27.2% increase from the previous year.
This acquisition paves the way for synergies that will drive sustainable growth, with Seresco targeting €68 million in turnover and an adjusted EBITDA of €10.5 million.
