KWAN, a Portuguese company specializing in creating and integrating technology teams through a nearshore model, has announced the opening of 250 positions to strengthen its engineering, automation, and data teams. The new roles are part of the company’s strategy to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to boost productivity and efficiency across projects.
The recruitment drive will support technology projects in Portugal and other European countries, with clients in banking, retail, and digital services. “Our culture is people-first and focused on real delivery. When people grow, projects flourish,” says Duarte Fernandes, CEO of KWAN.
Open positions include Backend (Java, .NET, Node), Frontend (React, Angular, Vue), QA Automation, DevOps & SRE, and Data & AI (Data Engineering, MLOps, Data Science).
