Itrecruiter, a Portuguese-Brazilian startup, unveiled an AI platform called “Lili” at Web Summit Qatar that analyzes resumes against job postings and highlights where candidates need to improve. Users can submit their CVs and applications, and Lili performs a gap analysis, offering a low-cost export option for €1.99.
CEO Rosane Marques advises tech job seekers to keep CVs simple—no photos or colors—and focus on keywords for both the company and role. Founded in Lisbon in 2021, Itrecruiter also operates in Brazil and Spain, supporting SMEs with AI-driven tools.
Beyond Lili, the startup has other agents: AIVA helps SMEs with recruitment, Tomás answers customer queries using company data, and Júlia tracks employee hours via voice commands, streamlining billing and attendance.
Participation in global summits helps Itrecruiter secure partnerships, like one in Valencia, and the company plans to expand its AI co-pilots into SAP-focused solutions for businesses.
