Novabase has finalized the sale of its Luanda-based subsidiary NBASIT – Sistemas de Informação e Telecomunicações to local developer Vinhas Lobo for €99,200, completing the exit from its IT staffing operations. The deal involved the transfer of 99.2% of NBASIT’s share capital and generated a capital gain of €45,000, as anticipated in the company’s 2023–2024 financial reports.
This follows Novabase’s earlier divestment of the Neotalent entities in Portugal and Spain in 2023. With NBASIT sold, Novabase is now concentrating on its strategic growth in Next-Gen Intelligence solutions, signaling a clear shift toward innovative technology offerings and high-value digital services.
