Natixis in Portugal is ready to begin its sixth WE WANT YOU trainee program, inviting around 80 individuals to join them at their Center of Excellence in Porto.
Open to students who have recently graduated, the program spans fields such as IT, finance, law, and economics. This hybrid-format program starts in October 2025 with a six-month Tech & Banking Skills Accelerator, then moving to team placements. There's no need for previous experience, but a good command of English (at least B1+) is essential, and knowledge of French is a bonus. Since its start, the program has resulted in more than 500 hires, and continues to be an important source of talent for the 2,700 Natixis employees in Portugal.
