Natixis has secured a large office space in the Porto area, previously the Central Shopping mall, and currently employs around 2,500 people from 40 different nationalities.
Approximately 20% of the workforce consists of foreign employees, and the company plans to increase this number by the end of 2025, further enhancing its global diversity.
