As of January 6th, Multipessoal, a human resources company with over 30 years in the market, rebrands as Clan, aligning its identity with the 100% digital solution launched in 2022.
The change marks the company's evolution into a fully digital platform, aiming to simplify and optimize connections between talent and opportunities. André Ribeiro Pires, COO of Clan, explained, “By adopting the name Clan, we emphasize collaboration-facilitated through technology-to build relationships based on trust, loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term commitment.”
Clan now centralizes all services on one platform, which includes the new Clan Pulse, launched in October 2024. This platform offers advanced skills for job seekers and continues to support companies with streamlined recruitment and human resources management tools.
While the name has changed, Clan maintains its visual identity, with the infinity symbol representing the strength of relationships and the vibrant possibilities of the future of work.
