ManpowerGroup has officially opened its new European Global Business Services campus in Porto, aiming to centralize key financial processes such as accounting, invoice management, financial reporting, and data analytics.
The new facility is set to play a crucial role in the company’s financial operations across Europe and is expected to employ 300 people by the end of 2026. According to Marta Cavagnet, Director of Global Business Services, the center will focus not only on operational efficiency but also on strategic growth, knowledge, and innovation.
Cavagnet highlighted that the selection of Porto was influenced by the city’s strong talent pool, multicultural environment, and high standards of education, making it an ideal base for ManpowerGroup’s global business services.
The company is actively recruiting professionals in financial and business services, as well as hybrid roles combining finance with data management and digital skills. The goal is to cultivate a workforce with a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented mindset to support the company’s transformation and long-term success.
