LoopOS has raised €3 million to accelerate its mission of supporting companies in their circular economy efforts. The funding round, led by 3XP Global’s Impact Innovation Fund, with participation from Beta Capital and FundBox, will fuel expansion into Portugal, Spain, and France.
“Our goal is to revolutionize how businesses adopt the circular economy, making complex processes simple and efficient,” said João Bernardo Parreira, CEO of LoopOS. “This investment is crucial for scaling our technology and driving meaningful environmental and economic impact.”
The capital will enhance AI-powered pricing algorithms, computer vision capabilities, and automated channel creation, while also supporting the startup’s European growth.
LoopOS offers a modular and scalable platform that helps businesses manage circular economy initiatives—trade-ins, repairs, returns, rentals, and C2C models—with flexibility and traceability.
With 100+ clients, including Fidelidade, MC Sonae, Auchan, Fnac, CTT, and Decathlon, LoopOS operates across 50+ product categories. To date, it has facilitated over €1.5 million in circular transactions and helped prevent 20.6 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.
