Leiria-based inCentea acquires F3M Angola, expands international footprint

Leiria technology company inCentea has acquired F3M Angola, the Luanda-based subsidiary of Braga’s F3M, marking another step in its international growth strategy. The deal follows inCentea’s recent announcement of upcoming acquisitions in Brazil, Spain, and Angola, as part of its plan to double its turnover of €23 million by 2027.

“People are the engine of our expansion; they guarantee continuity, innovation, and value across geographies,” said Rui Silva, board member of inCentea. The company currently operates in eight markets — Portugal, Spain, France, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe — with 28% of revenues already coming from international operations.

According to CEO António Poças, half of the projected growth will come from mergers and acquisitions, while the other half will be driven by organic expansion, supported by investment in cloud solutions, information security, CRM, and data analytics. “We are in a moment of transformation and consolidation,” Poças noted, emphasizing the company’s goal to strengthen its position as a key player in business solutions across all markets.
