KLx, the technology campus of Crédit Agricole Group in Lisbon, marks its fifth anniversary with impressive growth, having doubled its workforce to 600 employees since its founding in 2020. The company is on track to reach 1,000 employees in the coming years.
Despite the high turnover typically seen in the tech sector, KLx has maintained a turnover rate of less than 10%, underscoring its commitment to talent retention and employee development. The company allocates 5% of its total employee costs to ongoing training programs, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Tiago Barbosa, CFO of KLx, attributes the company’s sustainable growth to its focus on innovation and talent. "Celebrating five years with a team that has doubled in size is proof of our commitment to innovation, talent, and sustainable growth. We will continue to invest in our people and solidify KLx as a leading technology hub in Lisbon," he said.
Looking ahead, KLx plans to strengthen its position as a key technology hub for the group, focusing on professional integration, sustainability, and team development. In recognition of its excellent work environment, the company received the Great Place to Work certification in 2024, further solidifying its status as one of the top employers in Portugal’s Information Technology sector.
