Izertis is advancing its international growth with the acquisition of Digiswit, a Swiss IT consulting firm. This follows the purchase of British company Projecting, part of the firm’s 2027 Strategic Plan aimed at expanding in Europe and North America.
Founded in 2021, Digiswit specializes in IT-4-IT support, systems integration, and Legal Tech, serving sectors like luxury, sports, and shipping. In 2023, it generated over 2 million euros in revenue and brings 28 employees to Izertis.
This acquisition strengthens Izertis’ presence in Switzerland, particularly in pharmaceuticals, finance, food, and industrial sectors, while opening doors to new European customers.
Izertis aims to reach 250 million euros in revenue and 33 million euros in EBITDA by 2027, with plans for international expansion, brand recognition, and market differentiation. The company is also working toward a listing on the BME Growth.
