Intelcia has launched MyData in Portugal, working with Google Cloud to help manage operations using data more effectively. The platform, created with Google Cloud, brings together information in one place so decisions can be made quickly. This effort is part of Intelcia’s larger plan to digitally transform its business across 18 countries.
Alexandre Correia, who leads the digital transformation, explained that one of the main challenges was bringing together data from different sources while keeping it accurate and reliable.
Google Cloud’s BigQuery and Looker offer the tools needed for handling large amounts of data, creating clear visual reports, and keeping information secure, especially since Intelcia works with sensitive information from international clients.
Since using MyData, Intelcia teams have moved away from manually gathering data to getting useful insights that help improve how things are done, the quality of work, and training programs.
Real-time dashboards now show key performance metrics like service levels, customer satisfaction, customer loss, and predictive analysis. Moving forward, Intelcia plans to add the platform to finance and HR departments, bring in generative AI, and improve automation with smart tools. “MyData is a key part of our digital transformation plan. We want to use human talent and artificial intelligence together to better serve our clients,” Correia said.
