Portuguese tech company Inovflow has once again shared its annual profits with employees, marking the eighth consecutive year of rewarding collective performance.
The announcement was made during the company’s annual “Stronger Together 2025” event in Aveiro, held at the Hotel Montebelo Vista Alegre, where the entire team gathered to celebrate achievements and set goals for the coming year.
In 2024, Inovflow reached €6.5 million in revenue, reinforcing its steady growth path.
The year also saw the expansion of operations in northern Portugal and the opening of a new office in Luanda, Angola, strengthening the company’s international presence and positioning it as a key player in technological innovation.
CEO Paulo Magalhães highlighted that the profit-sharing initiative reflects recognition of employees’ dedication and teamwork: “The company’s success stems from the commitment of each person.
In such a competitive sector, it’s people’s experience and passion that make the difference.” Profit sharing has become a core pillar of Inovflow’s culture, embodying its belief that success is collective and that growth should be shared.
