Hopin, a company that created a popular virtual events platform and expanded quickly during the pandemic by setting up a big tech center in Portugal, is no longer operating as a separate business.
The main part of Hopin was bought by RingCentral, and other parts of the company were taken over by Bending Spoons.
The Hopin platform is now running under the name RingCentral Events.
