Foundever has appointed Portuguese executive Benedita Miranda as Chief Operating Officer for the EMEA region. She will continue as CEO of Foundever.org while overseeing 17 countries, 31 centers, and over 28,000 employees. In her new role, Miranda will focus on consistency, efficiency, and innovation, developing Centers of Excellence in Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, and Workforce Management to strengthen customer experience delivery.
Having joined Foundever in 2010, Miranda rose from Site Director to General Manager for Portugal, Greece, and Italy, later leading operations across 17 countries. Portugal remains central to her leadership, serving as a key multilingual and nearshore hub for the company. She also drives Foundever.org’s social initiatives, promoting education and employability for disadvantaged communities. Miranda holds an MBA from ESADE, an Executive Master’s in Marketing from Católica, and a Psychology degree from Universidade Lusíada.
