Vodafone and Celfocus won the AI Innovation Award at The Fast Mode Awards 2025. This award is for their Field Technician Assist solution used all over Vodafone’s Europe.
The Fast Mode Awards is all about celebrating cool telecom innovations from around the world. The awards which were announced on December 1st, recognized companies that are moving digital transformation forward.
Field Technician Assist is a platform powered by AI that helps technicians in the office and out in the field by giving them recommendations using real-time data. It uses things like data analysis and a modern cloud setup to look at past jobs, guidebooks, and how well technicians have performed in the past. This helps technicians do their jobs faster and more accurately, leading to problems being fixed right the first time, better work efficiency, and happier customers.
This award shows how strong the Vodafone–Celfocus relationship is and how dedicated the teams behind it are to creating new, useful tech for the telecom business.
