E-goi, a leading Portuguese omnichannel marketing platform, has launched Registered Message, a digital tool designed to replace the traditional method of sending registered letters. This innovative service enables businesses to securely transmit important documents electronically, offering both speed and reliability while ensuring full compliance with legal and security standards.
The platform uses eIDAS certificates provided by Multicert, ensuring that each message is both authentic and traceable. As explained by Miguel Azevedo, E-goi's Product Manager, this tool is particularly advantageous for sectors such as financial services and insurance, making it easier to send critical documents like account statements and contract updates digitally.
With Registered Message, E-goi expects to cut communication costs by as much as 95%, while also reducing environmental impact by eliminating the need for paper and physical mail delivery.
