DSV Advances Schenker Integration in Portugal, Boosting Logistics Capacity

DSV has taken a major step in integrating Schenker in Portugal with the go-live of its operational merger, combining Land Transport and Logistics teams under a unified structure. This move strengthens the company’s logistics capabilities and enhances its value proposition to customers and partners.

Following the completion of the Air & Sea department integration in October 2025, this next phase paves the way for the full legal merger scheduled for October 2026. DSV has maintained a gradual approach to ensure service continuity and close collaboration with clients during this complex process.

“With the integration of Land Transport and Logistics, we are better positioned to deliver comprehensive solutions while upholding trust, proximity, and quality,” says António Paulo, Managing Director of DSV Portugal.

The operational merger increases capacity in Portugal, reinforces connections to international markets, and offers customers more flexible, robust, and integrated logistics solutions in a volatile global supply chain environment.
