Cláudia B.: A New Chapter Begins

Exciting news—I’m stepping into a whole new chapter of my life!

In 2004, I founded Elevus, a project that shaped me as both a manager and an entrepreneur. Over the years, I had the privilege of helping companies and professionals find the perfect fit in the job market. It was a journey filled with challenges, lessons, and achievements that reinforced my belief in the power of people in business success.

But as time went on, my perspective on work, money, and—most importantly—quality of life started to shift. Moving homes multiple times sparked an unexpected passion: real estate investing. Each move became a lesson in asset valuation, negotiation, and profitability, until what was once just an interest turned into a clear plan.

Now, at 49, I’ve made one of the biggest decisions of my life—stepping away from the operational management of Elevus and placing it in the hands of two exceptional leaders, Joao Filipe Costa and Paulo Danif. They know the company inside out, have been instrumental in its success, and are ready to take it forward. Elevus is in the best hands possible, and I have no doubt it will continue to thrive.

With this transition, I’m fully dedicating myself to ToLive.in—applying everything I’ve learned over the years to build and manage a sustainable real estate portfolio.

More than a career shift, this is a mindset shift. It’s about financial freedom, making intentional choices, and creating something lasting.

Looking back, I see that success isn’t just about accumulating wealth—it’s about crafting a life with purpose and flexibility. As the FIRE movement teaches, it’s not about quitting work—it’s about having the freedom to decide where and how to spend your time. And to me, that’s the ultimate goal😉
