Cegos Group, a French multinational in learning and development, has bought Euroforum, a Dutch vocational training company. Cegos Group is represented in Portugal by Cegoc.
Euroforum, started in 1975, provides more than 300 courses in areas like finance, data and AI, health, energy transition, legal matters, and how to grow organizations.
This purchase gives Cegos a stronger foothold in the Netherlands, a key area for digital progress and new ways of teaching. It also means Cegos can better help companies both in the Netherlands and worldwide to improve their employees' skills.
Cegos Group CEO Benoit Félix said this action fits with the company's plans and its 100-year celebration, focusing on people as central to progress. Euroforum CEO Jasperine Breeuwsma noted that this partnership opens up new possibilities, makes their services stronger, and makes use of Cegos’ global network.
