Branding & Business Summit 2026: Setting the Stage for Portugal’s Future

On April 23, 2026, Lisbon’s MEO Arena in the Tejo Room will host the gathering of leaders, brands, and decision-makers who are building Portugal’s place on the world stage.

The Branding & Business Summit, created by Imagens de Marca and Brands Community, aims to be more than just another conference. The goal is to be a game-changing place for companies that want to boost Portugal’s position in the international market.

To achieve this, they've teamed up with Desafio Global, who are in charge of crafting an engaging set design. CEO Pedro Rodrigues said the project is meant to put attendees in a space that matches the Brands Community identity, both visually and strategically.

From the lighting and sound to a modern visual style based on the brands' core identity, every detail has been carefully selected to make what Rodrigues calls “a special setting for considering Portugal’s future.”

Strategy on Stage - and in Conversation

The agenda will include important topics like Geostrategy, Leadership, Branding, and AI. But the Summit also puts a large focus on networking.

The setup allows for both stage presentations and real conversations in the Brand Experience Lounge, which reinforces the idea that strategy often comes from chats had between formal sessions over coffee.

In today’s busy world, the event is designed to provide “quality time,” as Rodrigues calls it: a dedicated space for thoughtful talks between leaders who don’t often get a chance to connect in their everyday work.

Size and Goals

With room for 600 attendees, the Summit is set to be a large and ambitious event in Portugal’s business scene.

It has backing from a wide range of partners, including:

- Partners: MEO Arena, Europalco, Imppacto, Leading, JCDecaux, Shake It

- Backers: Turismo de Portugal, Fidelidade, KPMG, Siemens, Intelcia

- Media Partners: SIC Notícias, Renascença, Brands Channel

The Branding & Business Summit hopes to be more than just a conference; it wants to build a place where Portugal not only talks about the future but actively plans it.
