Bitsight has acquired Israeli cyber threat intelligence startup Cybersixgill in a $115 million deal, integrating its platform and 80 employees, including 65 based in Israel.
Cybersixgill specializes in real-time data extraction from deep and dark web forums, messaging groups, and online markets. Its flagship product, Cybersixgill IQ, uses generative AI to turn vast datasets into actionable insights and reports.
CEO Sharon Wagner, marking his second exit after selling Cloudyn to Microsoft in 2017, said, “Joining Bitsight allows us to scale our solutions and enhance cyber risk analytics for customers.”
The acquisition strengthens Bitsight’s AI-powered tools, providing organizations with expanded insights to manage cyber risks in an increasingly complex digital world.
