Accenture Acquires TalentSprint to Strengthen LearnVantage and Develop Future-Ready Talent

Accenture has acquired TalentSprint, a leading deep tech education provider based in India, from NSE Academy Ltd., a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. The move is designed to enhance Accenture LearnVantage, the company’s $1 billion global learning and training initiative, by expanding its offerings in high-impact bootcamps and university-certified programs for both enterprises and governments.

Founded in 2009, TalentSprint partners with prestigious academic institutions such as IIMs, IITs, and IIITs, along with global tech leaders, to deliver programs in AI, data science, chip design, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and more. Its hybrid model of bootcamps, certifications, and e-degrees serves professionals at all stages of their careers.

About 210 employees from TalentSprint will join Accenture LearnVantage, boosting its capacity to help clients reskill and upskill talent in preparation for an AI-powered economy.

“TalentSprint’s focused learning capabilities provide great value for learners and organizations,” said Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture LearnVantage. “This acquisition boosts our ability to meet demand for cutting-edge tech training.”

This acquisition complements Accenture’s recent investments in Udacity and Award Solutions, aligning with its commitment to making organizations "talent creators" by placing people at the heart of digital reinvention.

“Joining Accenture allows us to scale our mission of preparing professionals for a disrupted world,” said Anurag Bansal, CEO of TalentSprint.

The move also reflects NSE’s strategy to focus on core business, as noted by Ashishkumar Chauhan, CEO of NSE.

TalentSprint’s integration is expected to support Accenture's continued global efforts to close the digital skills gap and empower clients through tailored learning solutions.
