Job Description

The consultant will work within an Application Support team, which is responsible for all production activity relating to the ALMT Asset Liability Management and Treasury business.

This requires technical and functional skills, rigor and seriousness (process, schedules, etc.).

The analyst will be in charge of the functional support for the entire heritage scope of applications related to Risk Management and reporting for ALMT.

Main Tasks:

- Assist FO and MO users (our clients) in their day to day work, troubleshooting issues and designing workarounds to reduce incidents and problems faced during the day

- Perform the first level of incident investigation

- Act as single point of contact for any users related topics and coordinate different actors when addressing transversal issues

- Understand business issues and business impacts

- Continuous training on Business knowledge to keep service level on top

Qualifications

- SQL Server /Oracle and Sybase

- Investment finance knowledge (eg, Derivatives, Money Market products)

- Kibana

- Grafana

- ServiceNow/ticketing tools

Language Skills:

English and French advanced.

Soft Skills:

- Good communication skills and teamwork

- Proactivity

- Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

- Ability to manage priorities, incidents and problems

- Ability to share knowledge
