The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s payroll processes and HR administrative tasks. The main mission will be to assist in payroll processes, including data collection and verification, and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures.

O que vais fazer
  • Assist in payroll processes, including data collection and verification
  • Answer to employee questions and requests related to salaries and benefits
  • Prepare periodic reports on payroll processing and other relevant indicators
  • HR administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to compensation and benefits
O que é pedido
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
  • Excellent level of English (minimum B2)
  • Minimum of 6 months of professional experience or internship in the payroll and benefits area
  • Good knowledge and experience with Excel and strong reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Valorizado
  • knowledge of French is a plus
