Functional and Business Analyst (Senior)

Position:

What You Will Do:

- Work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to define robust and aligned functional solutions with product objectives.

- Map and analyze processes, identify gaps, and propose concrete improvements.

- Lead functional initiatives, with the autonomy to define the way forward and align expectations.

- Support product delivery focusing on value, consistency, and functional clarity.

- Be a point of reference for junior analysts and actively contribute to the evolution of the area.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a functional or business analyst in software projects.

- Ability to think through end-to-end solutions, anticipate impacts, and communicate clearly with multidisciplinary teams.

- Experience in flexible environments and ability to adapt to change.

- Willingness to collaborate, suggest improvements, and learn with the team.

- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English are valued.

- Technical background (or professional experience that allows for a good understanding of the logic and architecture of the solutions) will be an advantage.
