System Administrator – Automation and Infrastructure

We are looking for a System Administrator to join a project in Lisbon, in a hybrid model.

Profile:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Use and administration of Microsoft environments;

- Familiar with IT best practices standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000;

- Scripting languages (powershell);

- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS;

- Microsoft Operating Systems (Client and Server);

- Administration and management of Microsoft platforms;

- Administration and management of Active Directory;

- Creation, implementation and management of GPOs;

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;

- High sense of responsibility;

- Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and dynamism;

- Results-oriented and proactive;

- Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork skills;

- Availability and flexibility in working hours.

Tasks:

- 2nd and 3rd line support;

- Understand procedures and participate in the task automation process;

- Communication with Technical teams;

- Construct and update documentation and support materials for services;

- Analysis, documentation and improvement of internal processes and tools;

- Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems;

- Analysis and resolution of vulnerabilities;

- 24/7 support, with a preventative regime;

- Implementation, migration, administration and support of multi-technology platforms.
