Lead the technical delivery of Mendix solutions while remaining actively involved in hands-on development. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers and guide solution architecture and technical design decisions.

• Lead the technical delivery of Mendix solutions while remaining actively involved in hands-on development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Guide solution architecture and technical design decisions
• Develop critical features and components within Mendix applications
• Review application architecture, integrations, security configurations and data models
• Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability and security
• Conduct code reviews and promote Mendix best practices and development standards
• Support the team in resolving complex technical challenges
• Assess the technical feasibility of business requirements
• Lead performance optimization and technical debt reduction initiatives
• Drive application modernization, standardization and the adoption of reusable components
• Identify technical risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and Operations teams
• Support planning, estimation and delivery commitments

O que é pedido

• 5+ years of professional Mendix development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Mendix application development
• Proven experience working on enterprise-scale and production-critical applications
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or leading development teams
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and application design principles
• Advanced domain modelling expertise
• Extensive experience with integrations, including REST, SOAP, APIs and external systems
• Strong knowledge of Mendix security, performance optimization and scalability
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring and production support
• Experience establishing development standards and best practices
• Ability to review application architecture and identify improvement opportunities
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proactive ownership and accountability
• Ability to balance technical excellence with delivery objectives
• Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
