Support the Project Core Lead in deploying the validated R2R/EPM V1 core model across the US and Canada. The role involves gathering and validating North American business requirements against the global core model and performing fit-gap analysis. Act as the main functional R2R/EPM contact for US and Canadian business stakeholders.

• Support the Project Core Lead in deploying the validated R2R/EPM V1 core model across the US and Canada (V2 rollout)
• Gather and validate North American business requirements against the global core model
• Perform fit-gap analysis, identify deviations and assess local business requirements, providing recommendations to support Project Lead decisions
• Review and validate functional solutions proposed by the System Integrator (SI), ensuring alignment with the global template
• Support and validate functional testing and UAT, covering General Ledger (GL), period-end close, financial consolidation and management reporting/planning scenarios
• Act as the main functional R2R/EPM contact for US and Canadian business stakeholders
• Maintain and update process documentation, functional requirements and training materials in line with the global template
• Track functional issues and defects, escalating unresolved matters with clear context, business impact and recommended actions
• Support business readiness and functional validation throughout the rollout

O que é pedido

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Finance, R2R/EPM or related functional roles
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and solid understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report processes
• Proven experience in General Ledger, period-end close, financial reporting and consolidation
• Strong requirements gathering, functional analysis and fit-gap assessment skills
• Experience supporting SAP implementation projects, rollouts, functional testing and UAT
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage business teams and technical delivery teams
• Experience working with global templates and multi-country business processes
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and provide structured recommendations
• Experience in a customer-side functional oversight or business-facing role, coordinating with a System Integrator
• Location: Preferably Porto, Portugal

Valorizado

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, ideally in a multi-country environment
• SAP Project System (SAP PS) knowledge, particularly in project accounting
• Experience with EPM solutions, including financial consolidation, management reporting and planning
• Familiarity with US and Canadian finance processes and local reporting requirements
• Experience in international transformation programmes involving global template deployment and local rollouts
