• Design, develop and optimize Talend ETL/ELT workflows for data integration, migration and transformation
• Build scalable data pipelines across databases, cloud platforms and APIs
• Translate business requirements into robust and maintainable integration solutions
• Implement data validation, quality checks and error-handling mechanisms
• Monitor and troubleshoot Talend jobs to ensure reliability and performance
• Maintain technical documentation for ETL mappings, workflows and operational procedures
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery and continuous improvement of data integration processes

O que é pedido

• 3+ years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration or data engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Talend, including Open Studio, TAC or Talend Cloud
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star schema, slowly changing dimensions and fact tables
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Server
• Strong understanding of API-driven communication and data exchange formats
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience working with XML, JSON and flat-file processing
• Proficiency with Talend DI, Talend Cloud and Talend ESB components
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Good understanding of ETL best practices and data modelling standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail and quality orientation
• Fluent English
