Join our team as a SAP CS Consultant in a hybrid model in Lisbon. You will implement and configure SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other modules. The role involves participating in all phases of the project lifecycle and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

O que vais fazer

• Implement and configure SAP CS (Customer Service), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP MM (Materials Management) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation, go-live, and post-production support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, integrated SAP solutions
• Provide technical and functional support to clients, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to optimize business processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP configurations and solutions
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end users and internal teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the effective use of SAP solutions

O que é pedido

• At least 7 years of experience with SAP CS (Customer Service)
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP CS implementations
• Strong understanding of SAP CS configuration and business processes
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Availability to travel to the United States (USA), when required
