Join our team as a Mid Salesforce Developer (Hybrid – · Lisbon). You will design, develop and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, preferably in Service Cloud, while contributing to solutions involving Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI) and Data Cloud.

O que vais fazer

• Design, develop and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, preferably in Service Cloud
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, SOQL and SOSL
• Build and customize Lightning Components using LWC and/or Aura
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations
• Configure Salesforce solutions using Flows, Validation Rules and automation tools
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including UML diagrams, sequence diagrams and technical specifications
• Perform unit testing, defect analysis and bug fixing to ensure solution quality
• Work with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines to support development and deployment processes
• Contribute to the implementation of Salesforce solutions involving Core Cloud, Salesforce Voice (CTI) and Data Cloud

O que é pedido

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, preferably with Service Cloud
• Strong development skills in Apex, including classes, triggers, SOQL and SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules and automation
• Experience creating technical documentation, including UML and sequence diagrams
• Knowledge of unit testing, defect analysis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Git, SFDX and CI/CD pipelines
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory)
• Use Azure DevOps, MIRO and Figma to support development, collaboration, and project delivery
