As a R&D Manager for our DSN Contrôle Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead the team by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of the team and supporting architectural decisions.
  • Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications.
  • Code Analysis and Performance Optimization: Analyze existing code and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Review, debug, and troubleshoot .NET applications.
  • Project Delivery and Collaboration: Support the planning and execution of development projects.
  • Mentoring and Team Support: Guide and mentor developers, promoting best practices.
  • Development Standards and Tools: Ensure the team uses established development tools and best practices.

About You

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in .NET development, especially with C#.
  • Technology Stack Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server, React.js, Git/GitHub, Azure.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
  • Development Methodologies: Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
