As a R&D Manager for our DSN Contrôle Team, you will play a key role in driving the success of our development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead the team by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of the team and supporting architectural decisions.
- Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to the development of .NET applications.
- Code Analysis and Performance Optimization: Analyze existing code and propose effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Review, debug, and troubleshoot .NET applications.
- Project Delivery and Collaboration: Support the planning and execution of development projects.
- Mentoring and Team Support: Guide and mentor developers, promoting best practices.
- Development Standards and Tools: Ensure the team uses established development tools and best practices.
About You
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in .NET development, especially with C#.
- Technology Stack Knowledge: Experience with SQL Server, React.js, Git/GitHub, Azure.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Development Methodologies: Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
