What are we looking for?

- 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java backend;

- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-team collaboration;

- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices;

- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns;

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD (Shift-Left);

- Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines;

- Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks;

- Experience with Terraform;

- Knowledge of Kafka;

- Experience with Kubernetes;

- Experience with GraphQL Federation;

- Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
