We are looking for a Telecom Infrastructure Security Consultant to join our Telecom Security team in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the security posture of telecom infrastructures by conducting penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, threat modeling activities, and remediation advisory engagements.

This role offers the opportunity to work with leading telecommunications operators and critical infrastructure providers across Europe, Middle East and Africa, supporting their cybersecurity transformation and resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform infrastructure and network penetration testing activities.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and security reviews of telecom environments.
• Execute security testing following industry-recognized methodologies and OWASP frameworks.
• Perform OSINT assessments and support threat modeling exercises.
• Identify, validate and document security vulnerabilities.
• Provide detailed technical reports and remediation recommendations.
• Support clients in improving their security posture through risk-based security improvements.
• Collaborate with telecom engineering and security operations teams.

Requisitos

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure penetration testing.
• Hands-on experience with network and infrastructure security assessments.
• Experience using industry-standard security testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of OWASP testing methodologies.
• Experience performing threat modeling and OSINT analysis.
• Experience writing technical security assessment reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal communication).
• Mobility and willingness to travel.
• Experience securing telecom environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts.
• Experience with vulnerability management programs.
• Security certifications such as: OSCP, CREST, PNPT, CEH & GIAC (GPEN).
