Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions. We are looking for a professional expert in ServiceNow and Javascript.

Requisitos

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in ServiceNow, particularly in integration projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Javascript
  • Experience designing integration architectures and defining integration patterns
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant technical roles
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and system integration concepts
  • ServiceNow CSA certification is a must have
  • Fluent in Portuguese; advanced technical English

Responsibilities

  • Execute projects related to infrastructure version upgrades and platform changes
  • Map business processes to supporting applications and systems
  • Design and document integration architecture and technical specifications
  • Analyze existing systems to identify integration opportunities and optimization areas
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to technical decision-making
  • Participate actively in team discussions and propose solutions to complex technical challenges

Nice to Have

  • Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and HR Tech landscape
  • Intermediate knowledge of Configuration & Release Management
  • Intermediate skills in Design & Build Enablement
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and tools
  • ServiceNow CIS-HRSD Certification
