We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Middleware Application Support Engineer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical enterprise applications running on Java-based middleware platforms. This role involves ensuring application stability, performing technical troubleshooting, and supporting production and non-production environments.

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in application support and middleware technologies, capable of managing incidents, service requests, and changes while collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.

Requisitos

Qualifications

  • Experience in application support or middleware environments (minimum 3–5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher)
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat
  • Experience working with web services such as REST and SOAP
  • Experience performing application deployments in production and non-production environments
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and log analysis skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and critical systems
  • Ability to work across multiple middleware technologies and platforms
  • Fluent in Portuguese, with advanced technical English

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support in enterprise middleware environments
  • Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and service requests (RITM)
  • Perform application deployments across production and non-production environments
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Java-based applications
  • Manage and install SSL/TLS certificates
  • Perform log analysis and troubleshooting on application servers
  • Support integrations and web services (REST and SOAP)
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
  • Ensure availability, stability, and performance of enterprise applications
  • Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ETL tools such as PowerCenter
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish
