We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Middleware Application Support Engineer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining critical enterprise applications running on Java-based middleware platforms. This role involves ensuring application stability, performing technical troubleshooting, and supporting production and non-production environments.
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in application support and middleware technologies, capable of managing incidents, service requests, and changes while collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams.
Requisitos
Qualifications
- Experience in application support or middleware environments (minimum 3–5 years)
- Strong knowledge of Java (Java 8 or higher)
- Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat
- Experience working with web services such as REST and SOAP
- Experience performing application deployments in production and non-production environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration
- Strong technical troubleshooting and log analysis skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and critical systems
- Ability to work across multiple middleware technologies and platforms
- Fluent in Portuguese, with advanced technical English
Responsibilities
- Provide application support in enterprise middleware environments
- Manage and resolve incidents, changes, and service requests (RITM)
- Perform application deployments across production and non-production environments
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Java-based applications
- Manage and install SSL/TLS certificates
- Perform log analysis and troubleshooting on application servers
- Support integrations and web services (REST and SOAP)
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Ensure availability, stability, and performance of enterprise applications
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support records
Nice to Have
- Experience with ETL tools such as PowerCenter
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish
