Accenture is seeking a Client Service Delivery Lead to join the Service Delivery team, collaborating in the delivery of Infrastructure Managed Services for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless delivery of Infrastructure Managed Services to clients, maintaining high service quality and reliability.
  • Manage team work assignments, commit resources to tasks, and oversee the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Monitor and control service delivery metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Oversee team financials, resource allocation, and alignment with operational targets.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, supporting decision-making and resolving issues that may impact multiple teams or services.
  • Foster collaboration within the team environment, encouraging the sharing of ideas and solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs and ensuring service delivery meets expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational processes, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
  • Knowledge of server operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux and virtualization technologies.
  • Understanding of core IT infrastructure concepts including hardware, servers, networking, operating systems, application servers, databases, and storage.
  • Experience analyzing and resolving incidents and problems in IT environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading or coordinating teams.
  • Full professional fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • High level of responsibility, commitment to service delivery, and client-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or managed services environments.
  • Background in financial management related to service delivery operations.
  • Spanish is a plus.
