We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Threat Responder (L2) to join our cybersecurity team. This position is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge in IT or cybersecurity who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze security alerts to identify and respond to threats.

- Perform triage, investigation, and containment of security incidents.

- Communicate with clients on incident status and recommendations.

- Document findings and contribute to process and tool improvements.

- Support and maintain security tools such as SIEM and EDR.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or 4–5 years in security operations.

- Solid knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and common security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS).

- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CEH).

- Strong analytical and communication skills; client-facing experience is a plus.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

- Hybrid work model in Lisbon - 2 days per week in the office.
