Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field;

- 3–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in IT projects;

- Proven experience managing projects using work tracking tools such as Jira (or equivalent Agile project management platforms);

- Solid understanding of information security principles and familiarity with tools like Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;

- We value candidates who hold certifications in cybersecurity, cloud technologies, compliance, or security frameworks, or possess equivalent practical experience;

- Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure project visibility, traceability, and accountability;

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences;

- Experience leading cross-functional teams that include Security Engineers, DevOps, or Software Developers;

- Ability to balance technical knowledge with strong project coordination and oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the coordination of IT security initiatives, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities and risks are properly tracked, prioritized, and addressed;

- Capture and manage project requirements, epics, stories, and tasks using Jira or equivalent tools;

- Maintain up-to-date information on task progress, dependencies, blockers, and timelines in the project tracking system;

- Align with Security Engineers to ensure the timely execution of remediation actions related to vulnerabilities identified through Prisma Cloud, Snyk and Wiz;

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders - including engineering, product, leadership, and security teams - to align expectations, negotiate deadlines, and provide regular progress updates;

- Drive project follow-up meetings, track blockers, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are proposed and executed;

- Contribute to the development of structured dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress and overall security posture improvements;

- Promote stakeholder awareness by communicating risks, mitigation efforts, and their business impact in a clear and structured manner.
