Responsibilities:

- Status Report;

- Senior management Communication;

- Main point of contact for service;

- Service delivery with competence center;

- Troubleshooting / Analysis skills towards solutions optimisation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;

- 5 or more years of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager;

- Experience with Java and with Solution Architectures;

- Willing to dive into other technologies;

- Willingness to travel;

- Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).

Nice to have:

- Experience with database (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB); Cloud Awareness (AWS or Azure).

Important informations:

- Living in Portugal.

- Hybrid - Almada.
