For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- At least 3 years of experience in automation-focused project management or business analysis

- Proven work with Microsoft Power Platform for process automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, AI Builder)

- Experience integrating ERP systems and automating data flows

- Good understanding of process mining tools such as Celonis, Power BI Process Mining, or UiPath Process Mining

- Knowledge of AI and cognitive automation capabilities, including document processing, generative AI, NLP, and chatbot technologies

- Strong skills in mapping data, systems, and processes, with solid analytical modelling abilities

- Ability to build and oversee complex product or automation roadmaps

- Background in Lean and Continuous Improvement methods (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Design Thinking)

- Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models

- Familiarity with scripting or low-code approaches that support scalable and governed automation solutions

- English at least B2 level

- Availability for full remote work based in Portugal
