For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- 5+ years of professional experience in change and release management;

- Several years of professional experience with ITIL methodologies;

- Strong grasp on ITSM tools - Jira, Snow -, particularly in their configuration and usage;

- Strong understanding of project life cycle;

- Holder of ITIL certification is a plus;
