For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- At least 3 years of professional experience working with Outsystems

- At least 5 years of professional experience leading teams

- Proven experience in managing an OutSystems Factory

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Familiarity with technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics
