For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Management, Engineering or related areas (mandatory);

- 1 to 2 years of professional experience;

- Basic knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure or support operations;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.);
